What needed solving
Parents are careful about what goes on their children's skin, so the brand needed to earn trust quickly. It also had to sell more than 60 products in naira, offer consultations, explain delivery and refunds, and work well for mothers shopping on their phones.
How we approached it
We built a bright, friendly WooCommerce store with product categories for skin care, hair care and oral care, price filters and sorting, and a Top-Rated Products section. A Book Consultation button runs through the site, an About page explains the mission and vision, and policy pages cover pickup, shipping, refunds, terms and privacy. The store shows the shop address in Kano and a 700+ parents trust message.
